J&K Scientific’s microcentrifuge tubes are made of high-quality polypropylene (PP). The hinged lid with dual snap-lock allows for easy opening and closing with one hand, while the lock ensures a secure closure, to prevent accidental opening, evaporation, leakage, and spills to avoid contamination and degradation. The snap-lock system can be held in a “half lock” position, providing flexibility and ease of use during multiple reagent processing steps. They are shipped in a large, sealed bag to prevent cross-contamination, and can be autoclaved to sterilize. 
Applications include: 
- Chemistry, biology, microbiology laboratory

-Storage of arts and craft supplies; nails, screws and other small hardware parts
