NH2-Pluronic F127-NH2 (Pluronic Diamine) is a biomedical polymeric material derived from the modification of Pluronic triblock copolymer (composed of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide) through the introduction of amine groups. It features a moderate molecular weight, combining good water solubility, amphiphilicity, and reactive activity. The material exhibits excellent biocompatibility, is degradable in vivo, and yields harmless degradation products.

In drug delivery, it can form micelles to encapsulate hydrophobic drugs, prolonging their circulation time in the bloodstream. The amine groups also allow conjugation with targeting molecules for precise transport. In tissue engineering, it can be fabricated into three-dimensional porous scaffolds to support cell growth, and can be blended with other biomaterials (such as collagen) to create a favorable microenvironment for tissue regeneration.
