Instructions for use:
1.Weigh 50.9g of this product
2.Dissolve it by heating in 1000 mL of distilled water
3.Add 4 mL of glycerol.
4.Dispense it into aliquots
5.Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes before use.
Principles of testing: The formulation of TB medium contains higher concentrations of tryptone, yeast extract, and glycerol (as carbon source）
