The HiPette Fully Autoclavable Manual 12-Channel Adjustable Color-Coded Pipette combines ergonomic design with precise pipetting performance to deliver a comfortable and efficient multichannel pipetting experience.

Its lightweight construction, low plunger force, and smooth piston movement help reduce hand strain, even during repetitive dispensing or 96-well plate applications. The ergonomic finger rest and comfortable handle provide a secure grip for stable and effortless operation.

A volume lock mechanism prevents accidental volume changes, ensuring reliable results. The elastic tip-loading system allows tips to be securely attached with a gentle press, providing consistent sealing across all channels while reducing tip ejection force.

The pipette is fully autoclavable and UV-resistant, helping prevent cross-contamination in sterile environments. Color-coded caps enable quick volume identification, while the 360° rotatable multichannel head adapts easily to different working preferences and lab vessels.

Application :

Manual pipettes are suitable for liquid-handling tasks ranging from basic experiments to high-throughput research, providing accurate aspiration, dispensing, and transfer from microliter to milliliter volumes and serving as core tools for routine laboratory work.

1. Molecular biology: PCR, qPCR and RT-PCR setup; DNA/RNA extraction and nucleic-acid purification; DNA library preparation and pre-sequencing sample preparation; CRISPR and gene-editing experiments.

2. Immunology: ELISA, Western blot sample preparation, antibody screening, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation (IP).

3. Cell biology: cell culture, passaging and seeding; drug-sensitivity and viability assays (CCK-8, MTT); flow-cytometry sample preparation.

4. High-throughput work: high-throughput PCR and ELISA, drug and compound screening (HTS), protein-expression screening, single-cell analysis, genomic screening, AI-assisted drug R&D, and front-end sample loading for automated platforms.
