This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and J&K Scientific Ltd. ("Company") for the software product accompanying this Agreement.

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the software solely for your internal purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

3. Intellectual Property
The software and all copies thereof are the exclusive property of J&K Scientific Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. J&K Scientific Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall J&K Scientific Ltd. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which J&K Scientific Ltd. is registered.
