Citrate solution (antigen retriever) sterilized by 0.22 μm filtration, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free, can be used for antigen retrieval of paraffin-embedded sections and frozen sections fixed with formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, or other aldehyde reagents.
Features
It can effectively remove cross-linking between proteins caused by aldehyde
fixatives reagent, and fully expose the antigenic sites of paraffin-embedded tissue
sections, thereby significantly improving immunostaining effectiveness.
Application: This product is especially suitable for paraffin sectioning and can also be
used for frozen sectioning.
Storage & Shelf Life: Store at 2-30℃ . Shelf life of 36 months.
