Customer Concerns

Customer concerns and suggestions will be addressed promptly. When a customer concern or complaint is received by J&K, it is directed to the appropriate department for review and investigation if necessary. J&K has procedures that define how complaints are investigated and, when applicable, the corrective actions to be implemented. Corrective actions may include field corrections and/or product recall. When an investigation determines the need for a product recall, J&K will identify and contact all affected customers.

J&K cannot be held responsible for improper or incomplete inspection when receiving products, usage of products for purposes beyond those suggested and approved by J&K, and for complaints received more than 30 days after receiving products.
